We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If are unhappy with your product and need to send it back to us, you must send it within 30 days from the shipment date and we will give you a full refund minus the original shipping cost when the product was sent to you, with no restocking fees. We do ask that you pay for the return shipping label of the product.
In order to receive full refund you must meet the following conditions:
- You must pay your own return shipping label with tracking number. Return shipping cost is not reimbursed.
- All items must be in the unworn condition.
- All products must be received in their original packaging with their original tags and boxes or wrapping.
- Please package the product well when returning it to prevent damage to the product.
- Products sent back with damaged boxes will be charged an $6 re-boxing fee
- Worned or used products cannot be returned for health and hygienic reasons

2. Place the product and the return/exchange form in the shipping box and make sure you package it well to prevent damage to the product.

After we receive the returned items, we inspect them and will process the refund. Original shipping costs are not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Please allow us 3 business days after receipt of the returned products to process the refund which will be applied to the original credit card or payment method.
